A Message from Dominique Lowery Co LLC’s Founder, Dominique Rice Thank you for your interest in Dominiqe Lowery Co. We’re excited to help you achieve your dreams. I was a work-from-home-mom with 5 kids who stays extremely busy with after-school activities. My husband was Military, so we needed something with flexible schedule. I went back to work outside of the home thinking I would make more money and have the social interaction that I was missing. Sadly, that was not the case.
At my OLD J-O-B, I was working odd hours, was promised flexibility
and they never followed up on their promises.
The amount of money I was making was not worth the time and effort I had to put into it, including getting ready and the dreaded commute. So, I decided to make an effort to find something that I could do from home. During the time I was working outside of the home, I had a friend send me several messages about the call center company she had from home and thought it would interest me. Honestly, at first, I blew it off thinking that it could be a scam. But after spending time picking her brain about it, I found that it is a true work-from-home call center opportunity! She had been doing it for several years successfully.
So, I made the leap and left my job to take on this new life as a Business Owner and Work-From-Home-Mom. I immediately registered and signed up. I certified with my first client in 30 days and started working on the phone right away! My goal is to grow my business and have a successful group of caring people that I can help to become successful call center companies like us.
Our Services
Our company focuses on the success of Client Support Professionals that choose us to connect their companies with our amazing clients. We focus on quality and as such we’re able to produce the best Customer Service Professionals within the Arise Virtual Solutions network. We are dedicated to making the Client Support Professionals that choose us to mentor their companies to be the highest performing in the network.
Report Processing
You will receive a detailed report identical to that which we receive from from our partners. Nothing is hidden or held back. You receive all bonuses and incentives offered to your business by your client.
Record Keeping
A copy of your client opportunity, Independent Contractor Agreement and contract is kept on file for the time frame in which you provide services to the client. You are also given a copy of your client contract for your own records which outlines your pay rate and contractual expectations.
Support Services
A wide variety of services are provided to help your company become and remain successful with your client. We have an amazing support page full of information. We also have a toll free support line and we have an active online community where hundreds of our team members are available for support and encouragement.
Support Managers
Support Managers are in place to help with your company quality and metrics. They will guide you on how to perform better and provide better service to your accounts. We encourage our team members to meet with their support managers often and to always look for ways to grow and improve.
Incident Research & Resolution
Our dedicated team will advocate on your behalf, researching every issue and providing the detailed feedback that we receive and expediting a resolution. We have a 100% resolution success rate!

Here at Dominique Lowery Co LLC, our ultimate goal is to have the top performing Client Support Professionals for our partners.
In order to provide the support and infrastructure necessary for our Client Support Professionals to achieve top performance, we charge a simple flat service fee of $75 per invoice period in addition to the fee our Arise partner charges of $19.75.

Once i accepts you will get to sign agent waivers
After i accept, you then you can get finalized and do your background check.
Once your background clear anywhere 1 hr to 72 hours you will get to see the client list.
And select a client you want to work from home for.
These certifications do cost. A one time fee just for the training course.
Training does not pay but as soon as you take a live call you start getting paid. I will send documents for direct deposit and contracts for working with my company.
We are paid twice a month. 1st and 15th of each month
